LOS ANGELES COUNTY EMS 50TH CELEBRATION
March 21st, 2019

On March 21st, 2019, the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Agency (EMS) celebrated 50 years. Our dedicated paramedics have been on the road for those 50 years. The celebration brought together those working today with the key movers that convinced the world Firefighters could be the first line of offence with medical emergencies without a doctor present. Their brilliant ideas and hard work have evolved into the program we all know and expect to be there for us today.
